HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHN-RIVERS

This is the first year of John Rivers life that he has not been at the fair on his birthday. For a long time he thought that the fair happened because of his birthday. LOL. Its kind of weird being home on his day this year! Guess i should have had him a party, but I'm a poor planner so we didn't. He is growing so fast. HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIL RIVER MAN!!!!!! And Happy Birthday to David too. He said this year it was his birthday and JR would just have to stay 7. JR was having NO part of that idea. LOL

Summer Time Fun

Sleeping late, playing in the pool, Popsicles, and NO BEDTIMES. I know i know i should make them have bedtimes in the summer too. But i don't. Layne is the only one with morning activities so we just play till we fall. Football practice 3 days a week all summer long for Layne Brown. He hasn't complained a bit to me tho. We have loved the pool this summer. The little ones have become really good swimmers. Diving to the bottom for their pool torpedoes has been their favorite game. Ramsey can even dive to the 6ft. Layne survived baseball camp for a week at MSU. I was so proud. He set his alarm clock, kept up with his dorm key, and seemed to really enjoy the hard work. I was afraid that i had not prepared him well enough when i found out they had to wake themselves up. ha ha....but he did just fine. Guess my baby is growing up after all. NCF is coming up too. That will be a blog of its on.
