I love it when John-Rivers starts off a sentence with "when i was a little boy i used too................." SERIOUSLY. i cant help but laugh. JR your only 7. LOL

Soccer may be my favorite sport to watch John-Rivers play. Lots of great people, awesome weather, and the kids seem to have so much fun. This is a fun age. They kind of understand the rules, but once on the field they lose it in the excitement. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE! Have a great year.

DIVE

Ramsey and i frequently eat out on Thursdays after i pick her up from school. there is a new restaurant in Brookhaven so naturally like all the other brookhavians we have to check this out. Fox's Pizza! yumo. we are sitting on our little stools at the bar looking out the window onto downtown brookhaven having our usual little chit chat. then Ramsey says "what do you think this place is?" ME: what do you mean? Ramsey: is this a diner? a drive in? or a dive? LOL....can anyone guess what one of our favorite after school shows is? hahaha. i love that girl so much.

Rivers, Creeks, and Pools.

Water is huge part of my children's summer. We are little sun bunnies. (with sunscreen, hats, and shades of coarse) Rivers and creeks are so much fun. Bathing suits and a watermelon are really all you need to entertain them. Well that and a few friends to share it with. If i blogged about all our trips to these places it would definitely take up way too much blog time so i will just plan to add a few pictures so you get the jest.  Happy Summer everybody. Don't forget to slow down and make some memories!

GO JACKETS!

there isn't a whole lot to say on this subject. we enjoy all sports in the brown house. we participate in most of them. Layne's favorite is football i think. it is probably my favorite to watch too. he looks so grown out there on the field with all the other guys. i hope he has a fun and safe year.
